Producer pricing is locked before export margins are calculated. Documentation is complete because the economics demand it, not because compliance requires a checkbox.
Every shipment carries harvest date, elevation, processing method, and producer name. Traceability is a contractual requirement on our side, not a marketing layer added after the fact.
Export documentation, phytosanitary certification, and origin verification are prepared at the farm gate, not assembled at the port. Buyers receive the full file before the container ships.
